Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, request type, component category and project details. Please do not include confidential, sensitive personal or export-controlled technical information.

How we use it

Easy Imports uses your information to respond to your request, provide product information and manage related business conversations. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in the website database. Website hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to operate these services. Authorized site managers can access saved inquiries to support Easy Imports. Email notifications can fail; saved inquiries remain available to authorized managers.

Abuse protection

The form uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The identifier expires from the active rate limit after 10 minutes; expired entries are removed during subsequent submissions. We do not add advertising trackers.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we measure visits, page views, component clicks, form starts and email-link clicks. We collect referring website names, campaign labels, approximate country, device type and browser. We use random visitor and session identifiers, not your name or raw IP address, for these measurements. A consented session may be linked to an inquiry to measure conversion and referral source. Analytics cookies last up to 180 days for a visitor and 30 minutes of inactivity for a session. Analytics records are retained for up to 180 days and removed during subsequent tracking requests. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Tracking is incomplete when visitors decline or block it.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry information is retained to respond to requests and manage resulting business relationships. To request access, correction or deletion, contact griffin@easyimportsllc.com. Easy Imports will review your request and any applicable recordkeeping needs.
